The typography feature allows you to create reusable text styles across your entire site. For example, you can create typography styles for page titles, subheadings, and paragraph text. If you need to change the text styles on every page in your site, you can easily do so within a single page using typography.
We recommend using typography styles for all text on your site.
Adding typography styles
To add a typography style, switch to content mode and select text with styles you wish to save. All the text styles found below the typography dropdown can be saved within a typography style. You can also add different text styles for each device within a single typography style.
With that text selected, open the typography dropdown and select "Create typography".
Applying typography styles
To apply a typography style, select an entire block of text, or just a single word. Open the typography dropdown and select a style.
Updating typography styles
To update a typography style, select a piece of text using a typography style. After editing text styles, you'll notice the typography dropdown now has a yellow border. The yellow border indicates your selection of text contains differing styles from the typography style.
To apply these new text styles across your site, open the typography dropdown and click "Update typography."
Typography updates will be applied globally to your site, including live pages. Other changes on your pages will not be published.
Resetting typography styles
If you've made edits to text styles, but want to revert to the original typography style, open the typography dropdown and click "Reset styles."
You can also remove a typography style by highlighting the text and selecting "Clear typography" found at the bottom of the typography dropdown.
Managing typography styles
Click the pencil in the typography dropdown to edit the name or delete a style.
Deleting a typography style will remove the style from every text using it across your entire site. This action CANNOT be undone. The typography style will have to be re-created and manually applied to every page to add it back to your site.
