Form notifications

Within each database table, notifications can be sent to multiple email addresses whenever a record is added.

An opt-in email will be sent to each email address that is added. Form notifications will not be sent until the email recipient agrees to opt-in. Opt-in emails can be resent by clicking the resend icon of a pending email.

If you don’t see an opt-in email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Notification emails contain an opt-out link that will prevent that email address from receiving any more notifications from that table. An email address can be re-added inside Makeswift.
